As a trusted member of Executive and Senior Leadership Teams, I partner with Boards, CEOs and COOs to transform technology organisations, strengthen leadership capability and align technology strategy, organisational capability and investment decisions with commercial objectives.

Over almost 30 years I have led technology organisations across legal, tax, publishing, SaaS and professional services businesses ranging from venture-backed start-ups to FTSE enterprises. My experience combines technology strategy, cyber security, governance, organisational design and delivery leadership to create resilient, high-performing technology functions.

Much of my career has involved joining organisations during periods of significant change — modernising technology estates, reshaping leadership teams, mentoring senior technology leaders and establishing operating models that improve delivery, governance and business performance. I have a passion for identifying and developing technology leaders, leaving organisations stronger than I found them.
